Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
The Restaurant Group plc ("The Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirk Davis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kirk will start with the business in February 2018.
Kirk has extensive finance experience within listed leisure and retail businesses and joins from Greene King plc where he has spent the past three years as Chief Financial Officer. Kirk was previously Finance Director at J D Wetherspoon plc and has also held senior finance roles at Tesco plc and Marks & Spencer plc. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

There is no further information in relation to Kirk Davis's current or prior directorships that requires notification for the purpose of Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Details of Kirk's remuneration will be published on the Company website in due course.
The Company will also publish details of amendments to Andy McCue's remuneration package, which will be effective from 1st October 2017.
