                               BOARD APPOINTMENTS

The Board of City Centre announces that Andrew Guy, Chief Executive, will step
down from the Board and as Chief Executive on 30 November 2003.  Andrew has
worked in many roles within the Group, culminating in his appointment as Chief
Executive on 30 October 2000. From early 2001 Andrew has been part of the team
that has transformed City Centre into a very successful and focused restaurant
group. Andrew will be available as a consultant to the Company on an ongoing
basis. The Board wishes to express its gratitude for Andrew's hard work and
dedication over many years.

Andrew Page, who joined the Group in June 2001 as Finance Director will become
Group Managing Director effective from 1 December 2003. Andrew has demonstrated
during his time with City Centre that he has exceptional leadership qualities
which, together with a firm grasp of the Group's financials and operations, will
enable the Group to develop to the next stage.

City Centre has  strengthened the Board through the appointment of the Managing
Director's of its Leisure Park and Concessions divisions.  Kevin Bacon (Leisure
Parks) and Trish Corzine (Concessions) have both been with the business for some
time and have been responsible for building the most successful parts of the
Group.  Both will report to Andrew Page.

A new Finance Director will be appointed in due course.  In the meantime, Andrew
Page and Lynne Daniel, his deputy, will retain their responsibility for the
Group's finance functions.


Alan Jackson, Chairman of City Centre, said:

'Andrew Guy has done a splendid job for City Centre and has been an integral
part of its development, and I thank him personally for his contribution.
However, businesses evolve and in Andrew Page we have a perfect successor.  City
Centre has been through a refocusing phase and now it's time to move on to the
next stage.'
