City Centre Restaurants plc announces that Charles Packshaw has retired today
as a Non- Executive director of the Group's Board.



Charles has served on the City Centre Board for nearly six years and his
contribution to the management of the Company's affairs has been much
appreciated throughout the business.



The Directors would like to thank him for his wise counsel and wish him well
in the future.
