                      Board Changes
                            
The Board of RTS NetWorks, provider of next-generation e-
and  m-business  solutions, is pleased  to  announce  the
following Board changes:

Bernard Fisher has been made Non-Executive Chairman  with
effect from 23 January 2001. Mr Fisher, currently a  Non-
Executive  Director  of the Group, replaces  David  Ward-
Perkins as Chairman.  Mr Ward Perkins has stepped down as
Chairman,  and will continue as an Executive Director  on
the  Board,  with  a brief to strengthen and  co-ordinate
group-wide  development and marketing  of  RTS  NetWorks'
components and products.

Bernard  Fisher, aged 49, has nearly 30 years' experience
in  the  IT  and software industry.  He is a  main  Board
Director  of  Activeintranet  plc,  Popkin  Software  and
Systems  Inc, Cityjobs plc and BIBC Holdings plc.  He  is
also  Chairman of Knowledge Technology Solutions plc  and
Interactive Agency plc, which successfully floated during
December  2000.   He  has participated  in  a  number  of
flotations  in  the software industry including  that  of
Sage  Group where he was a main Board Director from 1989-
1996.
