                      Board Changes
                            
The  Board  of RTS Networks announces that following  the
recent strengthening of its  senior management team,  and
the  recent reduction in Robotic Technology Systems PLC's
equity interest in the Company, Mr Johnson and Mr Timmins
have  stepped  down  as Non-Executive  Directors  of  RTS
Networks  to  concentrate  on their  responsibilities  as
executive  directors of Robotic Technology  Systems  PLC.
The  Board wishes to record its thanks to Mr Johnson  and
Mr  Timmins for their extremely valuable contribution  to
the Company over the past two years.
