RTS NETWORKS GROUP PLC ('RTS NetWorks' or the 'Company')
APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The directors of RTS NetWorks today announce the appointment of Mr Eric Walter
Rothbarth as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group
with effect from 5 June 2000.  Mr Rothbarth was recently Chief Financial
Officer of Armor Holdings, Inc. a New York Stock Exchange listed public
company and has board experience in the health, pharmaceutical and leisure
industries.

Mr Rothbarth, who is aged 45, has held over the previous five years, the
following directorships, none of which are current:
