The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that Angelo Gabrilatsou, a
PDMR, has today exercised options to subscribe for 12,561 ordinary shares at 75p
per share and 3,015 shares at 48.6p per share.


Mr Gabrilatsou has then today sold 15,576 shares at 216p per share.
