The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 10 March 2011, Trish Corzine exercised 217,111 Conditional Options and 44,806 Matching Options under the Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, Ms Corzine sold 242,709 shares at 295.742p per share. Following these transactions Ms Corzine increased her shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc to 274,705 shares, and her shareholding now represents 0.14% of the issued share capital.
On the same day Robert Morgan, Company Secretary of the Company, exercised 108,328 Conditional Options and 20,625 Matching Options under the Long Term Incentive Plan.
