Dealing by Directors or Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

The Company announces that Stephen Critoph, a director, has transferred 257,159 ordinary 28.125p shares to his spouse by way of a gift.

Mr Critoph's beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of the company remains unchanged at 283,197 shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital.

The Company also announces that Robert Morgan, a PDMR, has transferred 96,661 ordinary 28.125p shares to his spouse by way of a gift.

Mr Morgan's beneficial interest in the ordinary share capital of the company remains unchanged at 120,547 shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital.
