The Company announces that Alan Jackson, a director, has transferred 266,465 ordinary 28.125p shares to his spouse by way of gift.

Mr Jackson's interest in the ordinary share capital of the company remains unchanged at 400,191 shares representing 0.20% of the issued share capital.
