The Company announces the following change to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').

The Company has been advised that on 10 June 2013 the following exercise has been made under the Company's SAYE scheme, at an option price of 184p per share.

Stephen Critoph, Finance Director, exercised and retained 4,932 shares and consequently has increased his shareholding in the Company to 383,220 shares, representing 0.19% of the issued share capital.
