Dealing by Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
The Restaurant Group plc announces that they have today allotted 3 ordinary
shares of 25p each to Robert Morgan, a PDMR, for a consideration of 25 pence per
share. These shares are being issued in connection with the current Share
Consolidation and will be surrendered back to the Company for no consideration
in due course.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for their admission to the Official List and listing is expected to become
effective on 24 February 2006.
The shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, have been
issued so that the number of New Ordinary Shares in issue after the Share
Consolidation is a whole number.
