RE: DEALINGS IN SHARES BY A DIRECTOR
The Company has been informed that Mr Alan Jackson, a director of the Company,
has on the 29th March 2001 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in City Centre
Restaurants plc at a price of £0.374 per share.
Mr Jackson's total beneficial holding including the above purchase is now 20,000
shares.
