RTS NETWORKS GROUP PLC ('RTS Networks' or 'the Company')
Notification of Director Share Dealing
On 17 October 2001, the Directors of RTS Networks agreed to participate in a
placing for cash of new ordinary shares of 1p each by the Company, as
announced in the Interim Statement today. The subscription price was 5p per
ordinary share.
For each share subscribed in the placing the subscriber will be issued with a
warrant to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company on basis of one
new share for every two shares subscribed in the placing at a price of 1p per
ordinary share and exercisable, at the earliest, 12 months from from the date
of issue, save in exceptional circumstances when exercise can be accelerated.
