Following his decision not to stand for re-election at the AGM held today, John Jackson has stepped down as a Director of the Company.

Tony Hughes has been appointed as Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Nominations Committee.  Simon Cloke has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
