City Centre Restaurants plc was yesterday advised by M&G Investment Management
Limited, that Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies have a
notifiable interest in 23,146,073 ordinary shares in the company, this
representing 11.91% of its issued ordinary share capital.
