    RTS NetWorks Group PLC ('RTS NetWorks' or 'the Company')

    The Company has been informed that the purchase of shares in the Company
    by Advanced Robotics Foundation ('ARF') from Robotics Technology Systems
    PLC ('RTS'), which was announced by the Company on 12 June 2001, has been
    completed. 9,523,809 RTS Networks shares have today been purchased by ARF
    from RTS.


    As a result of the purchase completed today, ARF holds 15,703,812 RTS
    Networks shares and RTS holds 23,482,341 RTS Networks shares (representing
    14.6 per cent. and 21.8 per cent. respectively of the issued ordinary
    share capital of the Company).
