City Centre Restaurants announces that the Offer Document and Listing
Particulars in relation to the recommended offer by Dresdner Kleinwort
Wasserstein on behalf of City Centre Restaurants for ASK Central, each dated 22
December 2003 have been posted today.

Copies of the Listing Particulars have been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
