               Contract with Thames Water
                           and
           Completion of integration of Axida

The  Board  of  RTS  NetWorks, owner of Internet  and  wireless
components and solutions brand RTSe, is pleased to announce the
delivery  of  a contract to design and build a complete  online
retail  venture  for  Thames Water and the  completion  of  the
integration of Axida Limited.

Contract with Thames Water

RTS   NetWorks  Group  plc  has  delivered  for  Thames   Water
www.newwaveonline.co.uk, an on-line retail venture offering  UK
customers  a range of water related products. Products  include
branded white goods, kitchen equipment, gardening products, and
other  household services such as energy, insurance  and  water
softeners.   The  site was built with the RTSe  Axida  Commerce
Component Suite and incorporates RTSe's innovative design of  a
three-dimensional  interactive digital  house.   It  will  also
include  research on performance, water and energy  efficiency,
design  and  functionality  to  help  consumers  make  informed
purchasing decisions.

Andy Tunstall, New Wave Divisional Manager, said:

reasons   -   proven  expertise  in  multi  channel  retailing,
excellent  design skills, and a commerce product set which  not
only  meets  our current needs, but has a range  of  additional
components which we may deploy in the future.'

Integration of Axida
The  Board is pleased to announce completion of the integration
into  the  Group  of  Axida, the retail and  logistics  systems
company  acquired  in  July  2000.  Following  integration  the
majority  of the Group's product and solution development  work
will  be  centred  in Kingston upon Hull, with  commercial  and
client  support in London.  The New Wave project combined  RTSe
UK's interactive design skills with Axida's commerce management
components.
