AGM Resolutions
At the AGM of City Centre Restaurants Plc, held today, all resolutions were duly
passed.
Particularly resolutions increasing the authorised share capital of CCR,
adopting a new Executive Share Option Scheme, adopting a new SAYE Scheme,
adopting new Articles of Association, authorising the allotment of shares and
the purchase of shares and giving the Directors of CCR power pursuant to section
95 of the Companies Act 1985 were carried.
A copy of the above resolutions will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority,
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
