                   Senior Appointment


The Board of RTS NetWorks announces the appointment of Mr Peter
Michael  Weil as Chief Operating Officer ('COO') to  the  Group
with effect from 2 July 2001.

Peter,  aged 45, has  hands  on experience  of  entrepreneurial 
start-up   environments,  large   companies  and  international 
business.   He joins  the Group  from  Jungle.com,  the  online 
digital superstore. As  COO,  he  was  instrumental in building 
the  computer  and digital  product retailer  to £100m turnover
in  18  months,  merging  Jungle.com  with  Software  Warehouse 
before the latter's sale  to Great Universal  Stores PLC.  From 
1992 to 1999 he  was the UK  Managing  Director of the Japanese 
digital printing equipment company Riso, which has a world-wide  
turnover in excess of £700m.  Prior to that he spent four years 
as Managing  Director  of AB  Dick  ITEK,  a  GEC  company  and
fourteen years with Gestetner.

Peter  has  lived  and  worked in Asia, Scandinavia and Central 
Europe.

RTS NetWorks Chairman, Bernard Fisher, said:

Peter Weil commented,
