RTS NetWorks Group PLC
4 February 2002
RTS NETWORKS GROUP PLC
Further to the announcement made on 1 February 2002 the Directors confirm that
receivers have been appointed only to RTS Networks Group PLC (the AIM quoted
holding company) and one of its trading subsidiaries, RTSE UK Ltd. Other
companies in the Group, such as Axida Ltd, which is based in Hull, and RTS
Networks' overseas offices in France, America and Denmark are not included in
the receiverships.
The two businesses employed around 25 members of staff. Whilst members of staff
have been paid up until the end of January 2002, with no additional working
capital available, it was necessary to make the unfortunate decision to make all
employees of RTS NetWorks Group and RTSe UK redundant.
