                          AGM Statement


Mavinwood plc, the AIM listed support services company, held its Annual General
Meeting at 12 Noon today.

All resolutions were passed.

Chairman Philip Reid made the following comments:

'2007 has started well and results for the first quarter were in line with
management's expectations. DCS, acquired at the end of March has performed as
anticipated and we have started the process of integration.
The outlook for the rest of the year is encouraging.'
