The Company has been informed that Rhys Williams, non-executive Chairman of
Radstone Technology PLC, purchased 749 Ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company on 27 June 2006 at a price of 275.9p.

Mr. Williams now holds an interest in 78,986 Ordinary shares, representing 0.26%
of the issued Ordinary share capital.
