Would you please note that the Trustee of the Radstone Technology PLC Share
Incentive Plan acquired a further 4,066 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company on 1 August 2005.  Following the purchase, the Trust holds 164,593
shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.


All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
