Restore plc ("Restore" or the "Company") has today been informed that on 1 April 2016, a trust in which Charles Skinner, Restore's Chief Executive, is deemed to have a beneficial interest, sold 2,100 ordinary shares in the Company to his Self-Invested Personal Pension at a price of £3.05 per share.

Following this transaction, there is no change to Charles' beneficial interest in the Company.
