Radstone Technology PLC ('Radstone' or the 'Company')
Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed yesterday, that Dr. C H Paterson, the Company's
Managing Director, has exercised options under the Radstone Executive Share
Option Scheme over 25,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each ('Ordinary Shares') at
an exercise price of 40.0p per Ordinary Share and 15,000 Ordinary Shares at an
exercise price of 41.5p per Ordinary Share.
Immediately upon exercise of these options Dr Paterson gifted 1,000 Ordinary
Shares to each of his three children, all of whom are no longer considered to
be included in his beneficial interest.
Consequently Dr Paterson now has a beneficial interest in 517,757 Ordinary
Shares, representing 2.18% of the issued ordinary share capital.
