                   Radstone Technology PLC (the 'Company')


The Company has been informed that the Trustees of the Radstone Technology PLC
All Employee Share Owership Plan (the 'Trust'), have today purchased 4,577
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of
£1.93 per share. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 31,487 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.13% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
