             Radstone Technology PLC ("Radstone" or the "Company")
                             Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Jeff Perrin, a director of Radstone,
yesterday exercised 25,000 options over ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 41.5p per Ordinary Share. Following the exercise
of these options Mr. Perrin sold 2,608 Ordinary Shares at a price of 400p per
share.

Mr. Perrin now holds an interest in 366,548 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.31%
of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
