The Company was informed on 8th January 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 2,563 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £4.121 per
share on 5 January 2004. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 112,484
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.40% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
