Radstone Technology PLC, the world's leading independent supplier of
high-performance, embedded computer products for defence and aerospace
applications, announces that group finance director, Kevin Boyd, will be leaving
the company on 4 August 2006 to take up an appointment as group finance director
with Oxford Instruments plc.
Jeff Perrin, chief executive, commented: "We wish Kevin well in his new
appointment and thank him for his contribution to Radstone during the past three
years"
The search for a successor has already commenced and a further announcement
regarding this appointment will be made in due course.
The company will be announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 31
March 2006 on 27 June 2006.
