Restore plc ("Restore" or "the Company"), the UK office services provider, today announces that Sharon Baylay has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 10 September 2014. She replaces Dr John Forrest who is stepping down.
Sharon, 46, is currently Non-Executive Director of ITE Group plc, the listed organiser of international trade exhibitions and conferences, and Non-Executive Chairman of Dot Net Solutions Ltd, a private equity backed Cloud Computing business. Sharon is also Non-Executive Director of Talent Republic Limited, a media talent company, and was until recently Non-Executive Chairman of Havas EHS, part of the global communications Havas Group. From 2009-2011 she was Marketing Director and main Board Director of the BBC, responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Communications and Audiences. She spent much of her working career at Microsoft where she was General Manager of the UK's Advertising and Online division and had previously been Regional General Manager of MSN International. Sharon was alsoa board director of Microsoft UK before moving to the BBC.
