2006 of Maryrose Sylvester, Robert McKeel, Mark Whittenburg and Matthew Hardt as
executive directors of the Board with immediate effect.



In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, we notify that
none of the above are directors of any other publicly quoted company.  There are
no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the
Listing Rules.
