              Radstone Technology PLC ("Radstone" or the "Group")

                                Facility Closure


On 24 November 2003 Radstone Technology announced its decision to consolidate
the Group's entire Electronic Manufacturing Services activities into its
facility in Milton Keynes, and to either seek a purchaser for its other
electronic manufacturing facility in Hawarden, North Wales, or to close the
facility in the event of a suitable acquirer not being found by February 2004.

No suitable acquirer has been found for the Hawarden facility and the Board, in
accordance with the previous announcement, has decided that the Hawarden
facility will now be closed.
