The Company was informed on 6 May 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 2,760 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.81 per
share on 4 May 2004. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 122,419
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.44% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.



All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
