The Company was informed on 5th October 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 3,511 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1st October 2004.
Following this purchase the Trust now holds 131,892 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.44% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.



All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
