Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")
The Company has advised that the price of the share purchase by the Trust was
£2.35 per share rather than the £2.25 as previously announced at 1509 today. The
revised announcement is set out in full below:
The Company was informed today that the Trustees of the Radstone Technology PLC
All Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 240 ordinary shares
of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.35 per share
on 29 October 2002. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 69,510 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.29% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
