                               Holding in Company


The Company was informed on 2nd March 2005 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan acquired a further 4,586 ordinary shares of
12.5p each in the Company on 1 March 2005.   Following this purchase the Trust
holds 148,712 shares representing 0.49% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
