                    Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")

The Company was informed on 8 July 2005 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), acquired a further 4,067
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") 7 July 2005.
Following the purchase the Trust now holds 163,340 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.54% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
