Restore plc, the UK office services provider, announces that it has today posted to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy. The General Meeting has been convened to re-appoint Martin Towers as a director of the Company and will be held at 12.50 p.m. on 21 May 2018 at the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS.
