Further to the Company's announcement of 20 July 2016 regarding the acquisition of PHS Data Solutions and proposed placing to raise £35.2 million, Restore announces that it has today posted to shareholders an explanatory circular detailing the transaction and the element of the placing in relation to which shareholder approval is required, together with the notice of general meeting to be held at 66 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JL at 14:00 on 22 August 2016.
