      Radstone confirms rejection of Eurotech S.p.A.'s ("Eurotech") offer


The Board of Radstone (the "Board") notes the announcement earlier today by
Eurotech that it has posted its offer document to Radstone shareholders and
strongly reiterates its unanimous advice to Radstone shareholders to reject this
offer.

The offer of 360 pence per ordinary share undervalues the Company and
shareholders are strongly advised to take no action in respect of their
shareholdings.

The Board is fully committed to explore all options in order to maximise
shareholder value and a further announcement will be made in due course.
