Additional Listing



Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock
Exchange plc for a total of 461,635 ordinary shares of 10 90/91pence each to be
listed under a block listing pursuant to the Rensburg Sheppards plc SAYE scheme,
to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List
upon issuance. It is expected that admission will occur and trading will
commence on 14 February 2007. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing
issued ordinary shares.
