In accordance with the listing particulars issued on 23 March 2005, upon
completion of the acquisition of Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited on 6 May
2005 the following appointments to the Board of Rensburg Sheppards plc were made
with immediate effect:



Stephen Elliott - Managing Director
Nicholas Bagshawe - Executive Director
Ian Maxwell Scott - Executive Director
Stephen Koseff - Non-Executive Director
Bernard Kantor - Non-Executive Director


On the same date as the above appointments were made, the following directors
retired from the Board:

Barry Anysz
Katrina Michel
Nicholas Williams
