                                 RESULT OF EGM

The shareholders of Rensburg have passed, at the Extraordinary General Meeting
('EGM') held today, all the resolutions set out in the notice of the EGM
contained in the Listing Particulars of Rensburg dated 23rd March 2005.  Such
resolutions include the approval of the acquisition of Carr Sheppards
Crosthwaite Limited and the change of name to Rensburg Sheppards plc. Completion
is subject to final approval of the UK Financial Services Authority.
