Ricardo plc announces the resignation of Clive Hickman, 50, Group Business
Development Director and a member of the Ricardo plc Board, with immediate
effect. Clive is leaving the Group to pursue other business interests.

Having joined the Group in 1997, he has been an executive Board director since 1
January 2003. The Board would like to thank Clive for his contribution over the
eight years that he has been with Ricardo and wishes him every success in the
future.
