The Company announces it was notified on 4 December by Dave Shemmans. Chief Executive, that his wife, Mrs Maria Shemmans, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 200 pence per share on 4 December 2008. Dave Shemmans now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 35,508 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.07% of the issued ordinary share capital.
