The Company announces it was notified on 4 December that Ian Lee, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 199 pence per share on 4 December 2008. Ian Lee now holds a total direct voting right interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital.
