The Company announces it was notified today that David Hall, a non-executive director of the Company,  purchased 1,506 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 189 pence per share on 20 March 2009 and a further 375 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 194p per share on the same day.  David Hall now holds a total direct voting right interest in 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital.
