The Company announces it was notified on 5 March 2010 by Michael Harper, Chairman of the Company, that his wife, Mrs Judith Harper, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 272 pence per share on 5 March 2010.  Michael Harper now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.05% of the issued ordinary share capital.
